The closeness of Minnesota in 2016 was a function of Hillary's weakness. Trump had 44.92% of the vote and lost by less than 2 points. Romney got 44.96% and lost by nearly 8 points.

Hell no we're not! Minnesota has been the most welcoming, broad-coalition state I've lived in. Trump's brand of hated and bigotry does not do well here.
