212 electoral votes between the Sun Belt & Rust Belt, with nearly every state in both regions competitive, is actually a prescription for healthy politics that requires both parties to continually adjust.
Republicans need to get on board with breaking California up into 4 or 5 smaller states.
Hopefully Illinois loses 2 EVs, but census participation was high.
