Indeed, they ratified a constitution whose applicability to state issues was to be adjudicated by the state’s judiciary, with its highest court having the final say. I assume you’re familiar with how systems like that are meant to work, or...?

The PA Supreme Court has the inherent authority in PA to enforce the individual right of suffrage granted to PA citizens by Art. 1 Sec. 5 of the PA Constitution and craft remedies accordingly without federal inference. This was not controversial until a month ago.
