If we want to protect states' rights from the meddling hands of elected state judges we must return power to **checks notes** unelected federal judges.

How are state legislatures formed again? What law governs them & the laws they pass? And who is responsible for judicial review of such matters?

Amazingly in your entire article there is no mention that the extension was granted by the state board of elections who are authorized under *state law* to take such actions, & the state supreme court merely upheld their action. Just incredibly deceptive Dan.

It’s incredible the extent to which conservatives depend on minimizing voter participation by any and all means.

@baseballcrank doesn’t understand legal analysis. A state’s highest court has final say on state law. It’s a fundamental aspect of federalism. The Court has held that “legislature” in the elections clause means the entire lawmaking process-not just the body analogous to CongressThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better.
