Dan, I'm right there with you. I sometimes wish the man would just shut up so we can watch how nuts the dems are. But he can't help himself.

There will be no progress for the right, and no means of effectively opposing leftism in government and the culture, as long as Trump is identified with conservatism/GOP. We've lost blacks, educated women, and the young, perhaps for a very long time. Trump *has* to go

In 2016 I cast my sad protest vote, expecting Trump's character made any good policies or appointments a long shot. But we've seen some good policies and appointments, and would see none of either under Biden/Harris, and that's as much as I care to wrestle with it now.

As far as any hope of "saving" the GOP from Trumpism by helping deny him reelection (as I hoped refusing to vote for him in 2016 would), one look at the Lincoln Project buries that dream six feet deep.

Glad to see I’m not the only one. I, half jokingly, told my wife in line for early voting to jump ahead of me because I needed more time to decide.

If you cast your eyes to the horizon, the decision becomes easier. Take the L now and beat a weak Biden/Harris in 2024 with a reimagined GOP (Cotton, Hawley, Haley, or some combo thereof).
