There was, in fact, a fair case within the law for removing Trump from office. I wanted him out. Also, all the "I bet the GOP Senators regret NOT removing Trump" takes whenever Trump flubs up politically, seem to assume that impeachment for maladministration, just being a crap POTUS, as opposed to an actual crime, or even noncriminal abuse of office, is actually a thing.

Yep. That’s what I tell my friends and family. I can’t say that I support Trump 100%. To them I have to denounce him at the risk of losing those people in my life
