The problem is not that conservatives want conservative judges. The problem is the lengths GOP senators are too going to in order to effectively steal a second SCOTUS seat—lengths that include rushing and unnecessarily risking people's lives to complete the effective theft.

And completely (and blatantly) flip-flopping on their own 'no judges in an election year!' argument from 2016. To say nothing of blocking hundreds of circuit court seats for purely partisan spite (which they even bragged about!)
