"Trump picked judges he thought would rule in his favor" is not only fair, it's 100% obvious in every SCOTUS nomination. Stretching this to claim that Barrett was auditioning in her scholarly writing for an appointment is where this argument runs into lunacy.

Klobuchar seems to want to follow precedence (abortion) and throw it out the window (anti-trust law) based on what outcome she seeks. This seems rather...ridiculous. Maybe I misunderstood though...anybody else hear that?
