Nope. Constitution says equal suffrage in the Senate is the one thing that requires every state's consent to change.

Only requires 50 if the amendment is to change 2 Senators per state. A normal amendment could leave the Senate composition as it is but make the Senate more ceremonial or oversight, and move most of its power (like Advise & Consent) to the House. Like the House of Lords.
