Exactly. I don't necessarily support increasing the size of the court, but the founding fathers purposely didn't set a number and now people like Dan are second guessing that. I think Dan should explain why the founders got it wrong.

Dan, I don't necessarily think we should increase the number of seats on the supreme court, but why do you suppose are founding fathers didn't specify a number? What do you think their reasoning was? Do you support a constitutional amendment to change that now?
