It's almost like they put ideology aside and adjudicate the law...which is what they are supposed to do. Not their fault that Republicans tend to have unconstitutional ideas...like preventing gay people from marrying.

No, that's not unconstitutional. What's unconstitutional is to not let the states' voters decide for themselves on gay marriage and other issues. The Libs are who usually have no judicial restraint and make the law look as they want.
