For many this is a battle over whether cons or libs control the courts. But if courts are being shifted back to their proper role, it might just force a disfunctional Congress to start creating useful and coherent laws.

Being a sports fan, how do you justify Mitch refusing to allow a vote on Garland and now will push through a GOP pick? It’s sign stealing, gunk on balls, and paying off the home plate ump, combined. It’s deflate gate, videoing other teams’s signals. It’s blatant cheating.

A surefire course to a 15-Justice Court by May of '21 if he does. That will be his legacy: destroying the respect of the Court and successfully pushing Democrats to pack it. Good job.
