The good news is that decisions then often get made by more serious people than Trump. The bad news is that some things require presidential decisions, & the habit of weakening the role of the president can be a hard one to undo.

Bad take. Trump is more involved in the details of his administration policy than any President I can remember. Trump isn't a figurehead with somebody else pulling the strings. He's actually the boss AND THAT BOTHERS CAREER GOVERNMENT TYPES.
