For @baseballcrank @MichaelRStrain and others: A reason I think Danielle Pletka is lying about why she would vote for Trump is that she changed her story. Back when they didn't think Biden would be the nominee, she and other pundits claimed it would matter who Dems nominated.https://twitter.com/Ibrahimpols/status/1187499887589507072 …

Letting the pro-forced sterilization candidates into the oval is peachy, though.

If you were never going to vote for a Democrat, that’s one thing. But I find the last minute hedging among Never Trump types who claimed they’d consider a Democrat a bit disingenuous at this point. Who was more acceptable in the field than Biden?

It's fine. Republicans can just pack it when they get back in power. In the end everyone will be on the Supreme Court.

That's a pretty high minded position. What did you think when Mitch stone walled Garland? Was that ok?

Corie's question is a good one that deserves to be grappled with: who was more acceptable than Biden? If you're going to broaden out your red lines when they keep meeting them, you can do that forever. There's always SOMEBODY you'll find—it's why you're not a Democrat!

There will always be somebody in the administration you'll object to, or some candidate somewhere you want him to denounce harder, or some damn thing. Expecting the entire Democratic party to only advance moderate Republicans seems like...an unreasonable expectation.

But you support the court packing going on now?

Neither the Supreme Court nor the appellate courts has been expanded.
