How irresponsible....
It’s in conflict with CO statutory law. Hence, the lawsuit.
I got this mailing last Saturday. I also won't be voting by mail. This year I want to see my ballot go into the machine. I also don't trust the mail.
The flyer isn’t accurate with CO election procedures
It also contains false information pertaining to the dissemination and collection of ballots in CO hence why a TRO was issued stopping USPS from sending more postcards to CO addresses.
It literally says, next to a checkbox, that rules very by state to state so follow up by going to a link.
