About had it with the Athletic. A paid 1-year subscription shouldn't expire after 9 weeks.

I've been trying to get a hold of customer service from
@TheAthletic for a week now. Had one follow-up e-mail that didn't remotely come close to addressing my issue and then nothing despite repeated e-mails. I regret allowing my subscription to auto renew for a year. -
I did manage to get an email that fixed the problem, eventually.
