Are you sure he didn't have some sort of heart attack? I agreed with you 2 days ago, but after watching the body cam, I thought it was even PROBABLE that was the case.

Man, I just don't see those charges sticking. It's going to get ugly.

Farakhan loveing, Anti-fa supporting AG Ellison never expected them to, that's why he overcharged. Hoping for an aquittal on a verdict read during the last week of October, for more riots in order to derail Trump.

Cops are dealing with a large strong man, who is quite clearly under the influence. Don't know what I would do in that situation. How would you have reacted. To me this is nothing more than manslaughter!

I think it comes down to whether the hold he used was approved by the MPD. If it was, he skates easily in a fair court. If it wasn't, they've probably got him.

Honest question: Was the hold he was using approved and taught by the MPD? Because Floyd's "I can't breathe" is a hell of a lot less damning once you realize he had been saying similar false/crazy shit for 8 minutes while under the influence. Was the hold approved?

I disagree. I think it’s very likely that he might’ve died anyway. But, the cops get him in the condition he is in. Seeing him in distress they acted, at minimum, with callusesness and likely gross negligence, if not deliberate disregard for his medical distress.
