Mets fan here, and I agree. My dad went to Brooklyn Dodgers games (and got the entire team to sign a baseball, which he still has). Also, Dodgers winning makes Vin Scully happy. What is better for baseball than that?

I was born into Cubs fandom. It paid off in the end.

Started a Cubs fan but moved to GA and started with the Braves. Definite upgrade.

Yup, same here. My dad grew up a Dodgers fan, he was 15 when they moved. I've always felt some tie to the Dodgers franchise, but that's just because I grew up hearing about Duke Snider, Jackie Robinson, Pee Wee Reece, Roy Campanella, etc.

Oddly like the Dodgers and the Royals, even though they were Yankee rivals in the 70's & 80's.
