Not their job to overturn. And even if empirically true re data, Ginsburg was also right that the umbrella was preventing the rain storm from pelting non white voters (even if for partisan rather than racist reasons). Some states changed their policy within days. Way to revise

So wait, courts can just decide now to invalidate laws when circumstances change and Congress doesn’t act? No wonder Gorsuch went the way he did in Bostock v. Clayton County (the recent lgbt discrimination case). And props to him for consistency I suppose.
