Switch-hitter with some pop & a steady presence in the outfield. Staub was a great hitter, but Ken Singleton hung around a long time & put up nice numbers for the Orioles. The Mets also sent Tim Foli (who later played a little for the Yanks) & Mike Jorgenson to Montreal.
