There is no such thing as “just stopped.” Stopped how? At what cost? With what consequences for the American people’s trust in the use of state force? “Just stopped” is a convenient fiction that avoids these Qs. “Just stopped” is license for short term abuse of power.

Well, really how far are you willing to go to prove a point? State endorsed murder and assault isn't bad enough to fight against? There is no opposing country in civil war. Additionally, dig deeper. Its NOT the protesters doing all that senseless violence, its THE Cops.
