The data was there in early March which showed the shutdowns made zero difference in the spread of COVID-19. The game now is to try to keep people convinced the shutdowns did work. They did not.

How did the economy improve in those states? Did recidning the stay at home orders result in a lot more people going out in public to patronize restaurants, bars, hotels, and other public locations? Or did it make little to no difference at all?
