Of course, most European counties have states/provinces as well that you could cherry pick. And the virus isn’t going to skip Texas and Florida forever. It will spread now that they are done with prevention.

It’s going to spread regardless. You can’t stop it. You can minimize it with a vaccine that may never come. If our governors were smart they would stop shipping infected patients into nursing homes. 53% of our deaths are currently nursing home deaths, rising every day.
