Thread. It's not improper for Judge Sullivan to file a response through counsel. It is, however, a sign of an extraordinary order in the 1st place when an appellate court requires a district court to respond - it's what happens when a court does something no party asked for.https://twitter.com/ProfMJCleveland/status/1264379920488312834 …

And it’s quite apparent that Rob George has not been following this case or he’s deranged by TDS. It’s the beauty of Twitter - talk about shit you don’t not know anything about.

Twice actually. Sullivan had him get up in Court under oath and admit his guilt again. But let’s pretend what Barr is doing to protect Trump’s criminal associates is normal and what Sullivan is doing to protect the Rule of Law is not.

“He pled guilty” is liberals favorite line when it comes to Flynn. Of course his guilty plea was coerced by the FBI and eventually withdrawn. If he truly was guilty the prosecution would’ve never agreed to withdraw his plea. Liberals love the police state.

@baseballcrank case is already adjudicated, it's in the penalty phase. There's no prosecution to drop. In circumstances like this, Judge sentences, Flynn appeals. Again can't stop a prosecution that's already over.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
