Side note: technically, the one in Article IV is the "Privileges and Immunities Clause" and the one in the 14th Amendment is the "Privileges or Immunities Clause". I confess I've frequently used the former terminology for both. Justice Thomas' usage is correct.

I really think this is Justice Thomas' best time to be a justice . Even if he doesn't get 100% of what he wants he will a lot more than he has in the past.
