I know he is a jerk but some of us whose only job is to stay at home and see almost no one feel that way. I think he is trying to show he feels that way too. Maybe he is being overly dramatic but many can relate just a little bit anyway

I’m not sure that’s what he’s talking about. If he means not being able to get out and do normal things, I don’t know why he’s any less entitled to be sad about that than anyone else. And if you think he is, and adjust your vote accordingly, then there’s no reasoning with you.
