It’s a human problem. Higher risk of infection for any humans in denser areas, larger and/or more frequent human contacts, anyone not socially isolating.

Or is that headline just very poorly written, and what they’re really trying to say is that they know the demographics of 3,300 of the 13,000 who died, and it’s 42% of that 3,300 who are black?
