It was not so long ago that progressives argued that in-person voting was more secure than absentee balloting. From what I can tell instances of voter fraud as a percentage of all votes cast is almost vanishingly small, if you have a link to a list of "all the voter fraud convictions of the last two decades" from a credible source I'd be happy to check it out and reassess my opinion.
