I think you're generally correct but I'll note Greenpoint, Williamsburg and Bushwick are also in red. Lots of upscale buildings there, but also 20-somethings with 2-3 roommates.

Those colors just show the percentage of tested that are positive, though. Without the raw numbers that means little. Manhattan could have a lot more people being tested and also more positives but lower percentages because so many fewer are tested in the other boroughs.
