I don't see what prospect Gabbard has to get delegates anywhere soon, at least from any jurisdiction big enough to be polled (I don't count out, say, the American Samoa caucus on Super Tuesday). Hawaii doesn't even vote until April.

There are two good reasons, the first being brand recognition. Whatever she plans to do next she wants people to know who she is. Second, if Bernie needs to drop out (health reasons most likely) she would actually have a shot at the grand prize
