Sure. But emphasizing affordability is a winner. Anything that lowers the cost to put money in an employer’s pocket, start working in a new field, build something, etc.

Healthcare and housing are the problem; but can you think of any other sectors of the economy more molested by government intervention? Does Cass ever call for innovative, limited government solutions to these problems? Because further socialization will be counter-productive

My energy costs per kilowatt have gone down. Healthcare and education are mostly driven by gov't involvement. Get gov't out of those areas and you'd see more reasonable costs.

It's not eating away all that because he counted healthcare as a cost but not as income. But for almost everyone, it is both. Correct that problem and pretty much the entire effect goes away (& there are other minor methodological issues with the thread).
