How does that make it *better* for Warren if she finishes behind her tonight, in New England?

It makes your point absurd. By your logic Klobuchar should’ve dropped out after Iowa.

There's an argument for that, and would be a much stronger one if Biden had won Iowa and was likely to win New Hampshire.

Huh? That makes no sense. Klobuchar’s argument was she was strong in the Midwest. For better or worse Warren’s argument is a national one. You didn’t think this one through.

Here’s my take - no one should drop out after 2 contests. I refuse to accept that Iowa and NH are arbiters of anything.

Kasich had ~$18M in SuperPAC $ to keep him on air once he ran out of direct contributions; the politics on the D side aren't nearly as friendly to such efforts. The pro-Biden one is significantly smaller right now, AFAIK. Financial and political viability are more aligned here.

Harder to recruit a SuperPAC sugar daddy when Bloomberg & Steyer are spending on themselves instead.

Many on our side have long said that if Bloomberg wanted to make sure that Sanders or Warren weren't nominated, he should've run a pro-Kamala or pro-Biden SuperPAC.

My loathing of doomed vanity candidacies is no less when they're in your party than in mine. I mean, I can laugh at them more easily, but they're still terrible.

All campaigns are vanity, to some level or other. But, yeah, it's time for our Morry Taylor let others worry about our automaton-led future.
