But it’s because there are substantially more in the cities, not less in the rural areas right? And a higher amount overall? So the need/demand in cities increased while it remained steady in rural areas where farming/tradesmen/craftsmen prevail. Or did I make that all up.

Percentage points are a horrible way to make a comparison: the difference from 1% to 2% is 100%, but only 1 percentage point, while the difference from 99% to 100% is the same percentage point, but a 1+% increase.
