Feinstein always does things like this. She comes across as one of the more reasonable Dem Senators but then she pulls shenanigans like she did in The Kavanaugh hearing. She will ultimately tow the Democrat party lines because debts have to be paid.

The questions is, why would Feinstein break ranks? What's the political payoff? You know she is not doing it out of a sense of right and wrong.

Like McCain suggesting he’d vote to repeal Obamacare and then backing away at the last minute in grand fashion.pic.twitter.com/yGLpQ4trgy

It would me. You have to understand the California mentality. Nunes and the Central Valley not withstanding, the majority of Californians HATE Trump and would see Feinstein voting for acquittal as a total betrayal of their trust in her.

maybe you should read the article & not just the headline because she absolutely did not say nor imply she could vote to acquit. she said she’s undecided & that impeachment isn’t just one offense, it’s about the character & fitness of the person in office.

Same. But her saying this conveys the idea it's a reasonable conclusion, which is huge.
