5. The key abuse Qs here are not quid pro quo per se but (1) seeking a foreign investigation of a prominent US citizen rather than using DOJ, (2) pressing a foreign govt to give info to POTUS' personal lawyer, & (3) pressing Ukraine to publicize an investigation up front.
