3. I think there was more force to the "overturning an election" argument with the Russia stuff, which was literally about challenging Trump's election in 2016 as illiegitimate (which this is not).

Going to be hard to argue that the People can elect some Presidents who are obligated to follow the law and some who aren't though. And even if that theoretical case could be made, pretty sure that was not the intent of a majority of Trump voters at the time.
