I did that chart a few years ago, but I've seen nothing to suggest that California will gain more than one House seat in 2022. While we don't have a final count yet, projections like this one suggest why Trump's Rust Belt > Sun Belt strategy, even if it works in 2020, is a terrible idea for the GOP to pursue in 2022, let alone 2024.
