I think that pretty much tells you all you need to know about the @NRO National Review .

That column literally just documents that NR has published a variety of points of view on Trump as it did on Nixon. Unlike the circle-the-wagons approach the Left took with Clinton.

I see one mention of Never Trumpers and a line about George Will leaving. Am genuinely not clear on what you mean, but I guess I am missing something? The column is really more like 75% about Nixon and 25% about Trump coverage, the more I look at it.

That's my point. I don't see what the column proves at all except for the existence of longstanding internal debates over what to do with misbehaving leaders - debates that get quite heated on the Right, but that just don't happen on the Left.

I'd love to see an NRO piece that strongly condemns Trump unilaterally on the face of his actions, obstruction, his "complete amorality" (as the anonymous letter stated), his repeated witness intimidation, his ignoring of Congressional subpoenas, etc. Maybe I missed that article.

You have missed dozens of pieces, clearly. I mean, this is from today.https://www.nationalreview.com/2019/12/trump-impeachment-senate-acquittal-will-mean-no-appetite-for-truth/ …

I admit that I have missed a lot of pieces from the NRO. It's a relief to see that this kind of viewpoint is tolerated to the NRO. Thanks (and I mean that sincerely). I'm curious to know how many anti-Trump pieces the NRO has run in previous months or in the past year.
