There is room for different viewpoints, as well as criticism of bad strategies. I think taking a hostile, adversarial line towards people who try to build bridges across different parts of the coalition - going after them specifically for doing so - is self-defeating.

The AmGreatness people are very much an example of self-defeating tent-narrowers, not tent-builders. I'm an institutionalist, not a Donatist; I'm trying to work within the GOP to get past current flawed leaders the same reasons as working within the Church.

I'm not sure what Sohrab or the Post has to do with any of this. I hate bridge-burning & do it only to people who run sustained personal harassment campaigns against me. I'm not the one here criticizing politicians for which media platforms they talk to.

My original Tweet had nothing to do with either him or the other nasty, unserious person who hates me. It was about the general line of things I see published by the rest of the site.

That's not what I'm doing, which is the point you seem to be eliding.

My point is that I see content from the site fairly regularly, & it seems to be very short on anything resembling a constructive path forward, & long on slagging the kinds of people who will be needed for such a path to exist.
