Thom Tillis, Cory Gardner, Martha McSally, Joni Ernst, and Susan Collins all face primaries next year. The surest way for them to lose the general election is to not be in it because they lost the primary. So they're not voting against Trump (unless Collins decides to quit).

And the rest of the caucus isn't going to destroy their chances by voting against Trump and then leaving them to face the firing squad. So that's not happening, either.

For some reason "Never Trumpers" thought that somehow even with Trump winning the presidency that he could be eliminated from the GOP. That is delusional. Trump is part of the GOP up until 2020 at the earliest if defeated. Bill Kristol ought to realize this.
