Bottom line: If you want to believe that the bad thing is the President - chief law enforcement officer - asking about corruption while the very likely corruption of the former VP is off limits...well, heck, dude: I've got no idea what to say to you. We're in different worlds.

Trump’s call mentioned the Bidens as context for the reason why a Burisma investigation should be re-opened. Whether it was Biden’s threat or his son’s position providing cover, it wasn’t properly investigated. Zelensky understood & responded that he’d look into the “company.”

An investigation of Burisma is a worthy request/good policy per multiple witnesses. It doesn’t matter what you think his motivations were for requesting one.
