Anything less than 15% is the equivalent of 0%. In order to get any delegates in a primary, under DNC rules, a candidate must get at least 15%.

Interesting note.... any candidate who gets less than 15% in any primary gets *ZERO* delegates from a state. All delegates are apportioned to only those candidates that cleared 15%. So if Sanders gets 14%.... NO delegates. And then the BernBots will go nuts.
