I'm all for more responsible journalism, but if you have to prove open-and-shut absence of consent to even begin publishing a story, you'll end up like NBC deep-sixing the Harvey Weinstein story.
The difference here is that I agree that the charges against Kav, if proven, would be very serious; you view sex with a subordinate employee as AOK.

As a society, we don’t have one rule on relationships with subordinates. For some, it’s a fireable offense, in some cases it’s criminal, in others it’s neither & it happens plenty often without repercussions. So the specifics matter when judging & we don’t have those.
