Right—but like with mere obstruction (renember, that’s what happened in London, not violence), people have a hard time holding onto the formal distinction. Tea Party verbally broke up tie up meetings in 2009 re ACA. Left college students will shout down speakers. Reject both?

Yes. I was fine with Tea Party protests & demanding to be heard at constitutent meetings, but not with interfering with others by shutting down meetings.
