Think about Giuliani in 2008, who tried to write off the first four states and focus on Florida. It didn't work. Because voters don't think you can win after the first four if you haven't already done well elsewhere.

He got a lower % of the vote there than Huntsman had, was 8th in Iowa, and finished behind Ben Carson more often than not.
