Kavanaugh definitely cost Donnelly, McCaskill, and Bredesen their races. Heitkamp and Heller were always going to lose, Cruz was always favored and actually underperformed, and Nelson’s loss was so close it probably took a multitude of factors.

Arizona was an open swing seat that could’ve gone either way, although the Kavanaugh vote may have hardened partisan alliances.
