In the same column Stephens wrote: "Adolf Hitler invaded Poland on Sept. 1, 1939. Russia’s invasion of Poland, no less murderous, followed two weeks later." I don't think any reputable historian would agree that Russia's invasion was "no less murderous." Could you correct?

No, he clearly said your move to equate Katyn with the Holocaust was a standard in Holocaust denial, not that you were specifically doing so. Can you clarify if you think the Soviets were as muderous in Poland as the Nazis? Many thanks

Both were habitually mass-murderous regimes on a grand scale, killing millions & engaging in genocide. Both committed mass atrocities in Poland & across the region, unconstrained by national borders. Each collaborated in the other's seizure of Polish land. No correction needed.
