Unsurprisingly, you lack even the minimal intellect to grasp an extremely simple point: "this is bad" is only the starting point of historical inquiry. Lots of situations like that of Soros existed: people caught up in a colossal horror. Some can be more excused than others.
I absolutely agree “conservative intellectuals” should spend the next 30 to 50 years grappling with questions about how to assess blame for people “caught up in” inhumane horrors (they participated in). I actually think there’s a pretty good chance you end up doing exactly that.
I also think it’s fair to say that it’s not interesting to the rest of us & that no one wants to pay you to come up with long-winded excuses for why you “had to” support Trump bc ACTUALLY Hillary would have been worse, which what you’re going to spend the rest of your life doing
