The Curbelo bill in the name of "bump stocks" would ban anything that increases "rates of fire." AKA any trigger mod depending on how that vague bill is interpreted. It's moot with the BATF reclassification, but proves the not one inch view as the other side acts in bad faith.

That is my biggest concern with Dan's otherwise great analysis. What happens if you play the higher ground approach but you have ZERO trust in the ultimate desires of your opposition
