If a government has bad trade, immigration, and foreign policy, what remains to put in the good column?

I don't disagree with *all* his steps in any of those areas. Foreign policy has been strong in several areas: Israel, Iran, Poland, China, Venezuela, Cuba.

For most Republicans, he's probably good about 75% of the time. Everyone has a few issues on which they disagree, such as tariffs, Iran, immigration.
